Each provider who appears on the Early Years Register will be inspected by the same inspection cycle of 3 years.

 

Every year Ofsted will inspect 10% of providers who appear on the Ofsted Childcare Registers. They will, however, continue to inspect those providers who receive a complaint and those who are grading inadequate.
