Freeha Fernandes is the Recruitment Officer for Ealing Early Years Childcare and Play.
Freeha is working on a number of campaigns to recruit more childcare providers to work within the borough of Ealing. Freeha provides information, support and guidance to ensure that people who want to work with children or develop their childcare careers understand the choices on offer, find the right training and have access to up-to-date job vacancies.
Freeha has produced a number of guidance notes - from how to write a CV and attend an interview, to getting help with childcare costs if you are studying, to how to recruit and retain your staff if you are an employer.
