Memorandum of Agreement
Each centre has been provided with a Memorandum of Agreement specific to the centre. The agreement is to outline the shared responsibilities in establishing and maintaining CAPITA software to manage Children's Centre data.
This agreement must be signed by the Head of Centre and by a member of the centres Governing Body.
The signed agreement is held by the Local Authority.
Centres are advised to retain a copy of the agreement and store it in Section 1 of their Guidance Kit for reference.
