From September 2010 all 3 and 4 year olds in Ealing are entitled to 15 hours of early years entitlement for 38 weeks of the year.
The Code of practice for local authorities on delivery of free Early Years provision for three- and four-year-olds is statutory guidance and provides general principles for local authorities (LAs) to help them manage and administer free nursery education.
